How do we get our group tickets for phæno?

1. Call our Info-Hotline +49 (0) 5361/89 01 00.
2. Your desired reservation is registered by us by telephone or you fill in the group reservation request and fax it to it to us:  +49 (0) 5361/8999-394
3. You will then receive a written confirmation of your reservation from us.
4. For teachers, this reservation confirmation also serves as a voucher for a free preliminary visit to phaeno so as to make the planning of lessons easier.
5. On presenting the reservation confirmation and making the appropriate payment at our site, the coach driver/tour guide/teacher will then receive the entry wristbands at the main entrance cash office that each visitor has to wear.
6. The coach driver and one tour guide per group or, in the case of school classes, one supervisor per 20 pupils are granted free admission. Coach drivers and tour guides have to show relevant identification to get the free admission
