Services for groups and coach parties
- Coaches can stop in front of the phaeno building:
stopping zones for buses and coaches have been designated in front of the phæno building to allow passengers to get on and off and to pick up the wristbands required for admission. - Coach parking lots:
there are enough parking spaces for buses and coaches at the Volkswagen Arena. Please follow the indications given by the traffic guidance system. - Inexpensive group prices that are particularly good value for money
- Discounts for coach tour operators (please call our Service Telephone for more details)
- On collecting the admission wristbands from the cash desks, coach drivers get free admission to the Experimental Landscape and on request also receive a voucher for a free meal and non-alcoholic drink in one of our phæno restaurants.
- Tour guides (1 tour guide per group of at least 20 people) have free admission to phæno on presenting appropriate identification and if advance notice is given.
- In the case of group reservations, the tour guides or leaders of the group receive a meal and drink free of charge in one of our phæno restaurants.
