Experiments - discover phæno yourself
"I do not want people to leave my house full of admiration as to how clever somebody else has been, but with confidence in their own ability to accomplish something themselves."
(Frank Oppenheimer, founder of the first Science Centre, the "Exploratorium" in San Francisco)
Racing headfirst through a wall, riding rodeo on a gyroscope, running forwards without getting anywhere, searching for mysteriously disappearing visitors … the most amazing phenomena are waiting to be investigated at 250 different Stations!
It's all about finding out for yourself just how fascinating nature (and natural science) really is – from A for aeronautics to Z for zoology.
Science Centre pioneer and exhibit creator Joe Ansel has come up with something extra for the Experimental Stations in phæno: around 40 of the exhibits were designed by leading artists.
